Yesterday I gave you seven random thoughts I had while playing hockey in Europe as well as how a conversation went between my Aunt and Uncle over pillows and booze.

Speaking of wives being the default winners of all arguments…

Marriage guru John Gray, author of ‘Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus’ was divorced 4 times…

… once to another ‘relationship expert’ Barbara DeAngelis.

There must be a joke in there somewhere?

In other news…

If I had a dollar for every time I didn’t know what was going on, I’d be like, why am I always getting all this money?!?

Anyhoo…

I’m on a roll so I’ll keep rolling…

… here are 7 more random hockey thoughts I had while in Europe.

1. Stop running when you should be fighting.

2. You need to work on being a great teammate as much as you do being a great player.

*The best TEAM wins.

3. A great coach will tell you where to look but not what to see.

4. Losers focus on winners and winners focus on winning.

*Important you clearly define what winning is for you. It’s easy in a game like hockey with clearly defined timeframes and outcomes… hard in relationships / business / life.

**Take time out of your day to create timeframes / outcomes and define what what winning looks like for you.

5. Your life shrinks or expands depending on your level of courage.

6.  Look for reasons to advance… not retreat

7. Your momentum is your force multiplier.
