Last week we covered a lot of ground including how Steve Jobs and Elon Musk got started and I also wrote you going number two from a toilet stall in Europe.

Speaking of great places to come up with great ideas…

I’m in Italy at my uncle’s house, he’s got his girlfriend making us dinner and she just gave me two billion dollar business ideas:

1. A smoke alarm that shuts off when you yell, ‘I’m just cooking.’

*I’ve waving a towel for her as I write*

2. A leaf blower… but for people.

In other news…

It’s easy being a communist in a free country. It’s really fuc*ing hard being a communist in a communist country.



‘Scarcity vs Urgency’

Urgency is a time framework.

Scarcity is a product / service availability framework.

Both will increase your conversions.

‘You have 24 hours until the offer runs out’ is urgency.

‘We only offer 10 grants per month’ is scarcity.

‘The best coaching clients make HARD decisions quickly and I find those that don’t… don’t make good clients and therefore not the client I’ll get the best results with. Therefore, I’ll give you 48 hours to decide and then respectfully, if you haven’t made your decision of YES… I’ll make my decision of no’ is Urgency.

‘At my live event I only allow one business owner per category, so only one realtor can come. There are two other realtors interested… Do you want the one realtor spot for Tuesday’s event?’ Is urgency and scarcity.

‘Are you interested in growing your business and taking it to the next level of systemization and profits as we’ve just discussed? (LET THEM ANSWER).

Great, as you can imagine, given the fact I can find any business owner $100,000 in 45 minutes without them spending an extra dollar on marketing or advertising… I have a long list of business owners who want to work with me and due to the amount of work I do and the high level of that work with my coaching clients, I’m only able to fit ten clients at any one time.

I have two slots available and three people are currently asking, not including you.

I’d prefer to work with you because of our past relationship… So what’s your decision, do you want to start growing your business and profits with me?’ Is scarcity and urgency.

*These can be dramatically improved… I’m on my way to play Germany at the old man Inline Hockey World Championships (ice hockey on rollerblades) and gotta run.
