Day 715: Weigh. Count. Measure.

Yesterday I was explaining how people value money before they have it and value health after they’ve lost it and three random things I was contemplated.

Speaking of random… Dangerous Dave went on a date and here was part of their conversation:

Dangerous Dave: So what do you do?

Date: I’m a model on Instagram. You?

Dangerous Dave: I’m a soldier on Call of Duty.

In other news…

When you’re happy you evaluate and improve yourself… when you’re unhappy you evaluate and judge others.



‘Weigh, Count, Measure’

When working with your clients you need to be able to:

Weigh it

Count it

Measure it

Saying: “I want to become healthy.”

“I want to start making some real money.”

“I’m going to take my business to the next level” …

… Are examples of statements that’ll likely go exactly nowhere.

Here’s a goal that has a good chance of coming to fruition for your coaching client.

“Revenues were $34,567 last month, and this month our new marketing campaign will result in 4 new sales and take revenues to $44,000.

We’ll measure them on the 30th and see if we hit our targets and fully expect to do so.”

In other words…

… If your client can weigh, count or measure it, they can dramatically, and quickly, improve it.

Translation: They keep paying your high-end coaching fees and refer you to other clients.

Get creative in clever ways to help them weigh, count, and or measure.
