Day 48: Coaching Idiots
Yesterday I was explaining how understanding “ideal clients” at the highest level is critical.
I also explained how I was going to do “a very average backflip” for my 6-year-old daughter as I entered the pool.
Note to self: check the depth of the water prior to the average backflip.
“Daddy are you Ok? That looked like it hurt.”
Similar to how you understand your favorite character in a movie…you should know your ideal client.
It’s crazy that we know our favorite movie character better than we know our own ideal client.
I’m at my Business Coaching Mastery 5 event in Cancun Mexico.
One thing I said when I opened and everyone laughed and shook their head in agreement.
And it’s today’s ONE THING…
“If you motivate an idiot… they do stupid things faster”
Business owners left to their own decision-making skills will lower their prices and then add more products and services.
And they have more poor ideas to move onto tomorrow as a priority.
Please go help them.
They don’t need to speed up they need to turn around.
