Yesterday I mentioned I might take a break from these daily emails for awhile given the situation… but here I am.
I think they’ve become therapeutic for me.
Can’t promise I’ll be here tomorrow but you’ll be in my thoughts and I’m sending you, and yours, happy wishes for Christmas and the holidays.
And thank you SO MUCH for the prayers and amazing emails yesterday. I apologize if I didn’t respond… there were obviously far too many of them to respond to all and I haven’t managed to even read them all…

Many of you would have watched the finale…
I have a funny story about Bachelorettes…
Many years ago Momma was driving in the car with her 12-year-old daughter, Kim (a legend and my surrogate sister) when a convertible ahead was full of a bachelorette party.
Out of nowhere a sex toy flies out of the convertible and hits the windshield of their car.
Momma without batting an eyelid turns the windshield wipers on… which flicks the sex toy off the car.
Kim: “Mommy, what was that?”
Momma: “Nothing honey, just a bug.”
Kim: “Damn, did you see the size of the di*k on that bug!”

Ok so the Bachelorette finale happened, and truth be told I haven’t had time to watch it.
I’ve picked the winner about 90% of the time…
Zac wins this or I’ll give my houses away.
Ben seems like a great guy but has zero chance.
How do I know?
The first time Tayshia met him in a crowded room of 30 guys competing for her, she said:
If you want your marketing to work and you want to take down those ‘Battlefields’ on FB etc… the ones I spoke about over the last couple of days.
You need to stand out.
1. Business Coaching is a crowded market
2. It’s hard to stand out in a crowded market
The solution is to be DIFFERENT.
1. HELP (educate) first and ask for the sale after you’ve helped them (see my daily emails, my podcast and “I guarantee to solve any business coaching problem on the SPOT” presentations for examples of why I’m overrun with people wanting to work with us and use our revolutionary business coaching software)
2. Be entertaining… something said in a clever way is more believable and ten times more memorable.
This is why on my software our weighted algorithms WEIGHT ‘being different’ far higher than the other categories.
When you go to a Joint Venture partner and you’re DIFFERENT (have a ‘unique selling proposition’ or a more powerful version we can teach you called ‘Market Dominating Position’)… your chances of getting a deal done are far greater than if you don’t differentiate yourself/you’re offering.
In other words… it needs to go first.
The ‘Profit Acceleration Roadmap’ our business coaching software produces for our coaches to use with their high end coaching clients therefore weights it higher on the ‘to do list’ it automatically populates.
FedEx created overnight delivery.
Dominos delivered your pizza in 30 minutes or less to college kids.

Apple invented the smart phone.
Paypal created the online payment category.
McDonalds created the Drive Thru.

Moral of the story….
Spend the holidays working out how you can follow Zac’s lead and be DIFFERENT.
