Day 303: Four Branding Steps
I’d like to make out like I had a booming Vegas style weekend…
There are a number of reasons that’s not possible:
- Government-mandated lockdown.
- This mask cramps my style (I wear a hot pink, junior mask that’s way too small, so everyone knows how pleased I am. Or they think something else, who knows)
- The older I get, the earlier it gets late.
- Following the arrows everywhere I go is fatiguing the hell out of me.
And as far as Friday’s message went, I didn’t really eat all my 7-year-old daughters’ candy while we were at the baby shower.
Just some of it.
And she didn’t cry for ‘hours’.
She only cried for about 25 minutes.
In other news have you ever noticed how people that say:
“Money Doesn’t Buy You Happiness”
Constantly buy lottery tickets?
Weird.
But not really.
Anyhoo…
Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:
“Your Simplified Personal Brand”
Despite what the graphic designer and the ‘branding expert’ keep telling you…
Your brand is not your logo, your colors or your cool pic.
That’s kinda like saying the color of your car is your car.
Your Brand Is:
- Your Story (seldom told)
- Your Values (seldom established)
- Your Personality (seldom shared, often hidden)
- Your Quality (of your product/service)
Focus on that and you and your high-end coaching client’s “brand” will look a little less cool on Facebook but make everyone a lot more sales and a lot more money.
