ONE THING: Day 15: Big, Bad, Mean, Crazy and Extreme…

Day 15: Big, Bad, Mean, Crazy and Extreme…

Yesterday, I was talking about my daughters first day of school and boiling frogs.

Today, I’m going to explain why the middle is for losers.

Your ONE THING is that you and your clients need to think and be, ‘extreme’.

If I owned a Bar I’d create and promote a $25-dollar beer… and serve it a special glass so the person drinking it had status.

But I’d still sell all the regular priced drinks.

If I owned a pizza shop I’d create and promote a $100 pizza.

If they ate the whole thing in my pizza shop (entertainment / energy) I’d provide a second at no charge.

$50 bucks isn’t bad for some heated dough, the pictures they’d place on social media and I’d still sell the regular priced pizza.

If I had a retail store, I’d charge the lowest prices.

If I owned a camping ground, I’d build the most awesome kids park of all time right smack dab in the middle of it.

It would be so cool Mom wouldn’t be able to help but share her pics on her social media profiles.

If I owned an old folks’ home it would be like a resort city with parties and where second marriages and love affairs happen.

When I’m mayor of my city (Bucket list thing for another day… I have to set the standard for the entire business coaching professional first) I will build the biggest, baddest, craziest, coolest SOMETHING (building, statue, monument, museum…) in the country.

People will plan their entire year around traveling to see it.

Tourists will take pictures of it… they’ll post them on social media ‘cause it’s so damn cool and they’ll be my de facto PR department.

And before I build the insane monument…

I’ll buy real estate near it to rent out and I’ll MAKE A FORTUNE renting it out (Airbnb) and my capital gains will be 100% disproportionate (in a great way) to the rest of the real estate in the city. Calculating a 1031 Exchange will provide the potential taxes to be paid.

I’ve never priced real estate near the Eiffel Tower but I guarantee it’s expensive as heck to rent. And too expensive to even think about buying.

Real Estate near the best schools in town… increase in value at a disproportionate rate for similar reasons.

If I helped business coaches build businesses and get high-end clients that could afford them I’d go online, consider losing money to get an approved new business coach started with us and build the biggest, baddest, meanest, craziest, most effective, bulletproof, passive, easiest, magical client getting marketing system of all time for coaches…

Oh ya….

Obsessed with your business coaching success,

King Karl

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…………..

PS I need a massage.

PPS. If I become mayor and buy up a bunch of real estate… that might be seen as a conflict of interest?

Therefore, please delete this email after reading it so there’s no proof of my intentions :o)

PPS. I would love it if you could share this on social here.
