When I first started my current coaching company where I help business coaches build six and seven figure coaching practices, the number one issue I had to contend with for every coach I brought on board was OVERWHELM.
Me included!
My initial attrition rate was more than 20%, and as we followed up with those that left the program, overwhelm was the number one reason by a country mile they cited for leaving.
As Chairman of the company, this issue had to be addressed immediately, and we quickly developed training programs along with providing one-to-one coaching for ALL of the new coaches we brought on board.
Job description: Keep the coaches from getting overwhelmed over the first 90 days as they bring on their first ten coaching clients.
It was the closest thing to magic I’ve ever done.
Now our attrition rate is below 8%, and I have THE highest success rate in the entire coaching profession for helping business coaches get clients and build financially lucrative coaching practices.
