It was Canadian Thanksgiving on Monday and we couldn’t get everyone together so we decided to celebrate last night with about fifteen of us.
We went around the table and everyone shared a beautiful moment in time they’ll never forget.
I explained the moment I first looked into my daughters’ eyes, Grandma talked about seeing Elvis on his last tour and Wifey teared up when she shared the last song she ever sang with her sister.
Here’s what my Uncle said:
Uncle: When I was married to Sue I took a girl from the office out to lunch. I said “Babe tell me something that’ll make my heart race.”
Girl from Office: “Your wife and two kids are sitting behind you.”
*Silence*
