Last week we covered a lot of ground including how Vi Keeland said, fear does not stop death it stops life, as well as how my Godson took the day off work cause he’s becoming a Father… told his boss he’d know if it’s a boy or a girl in 9 months.

Speaking of people consistently in need of a new job…

My Drunk Aunt was talking on the phone this morning and here’s what I heard before I stopped listening:

“Some people exercise for breakfast.

I’m watching a show I don’t like right now cause the remote fell on the floor.”

In other news…

My Drunk Aunt’s prayer:

“God, Thank You for the new job but if the lottery is in your plans, I’m ready.”

The reason most people don’t succeed is that they get ‘introduced’ to what they need to learn / do / implement versus get ‘TRAINED’ on what they need to learn / do / implement.

Or, their staff get introduced versus get TRAINED.

Translation: They get introduced to something new, hope it’ll work and move on to something new (shiny light syndrome).

Here’s a framework for getting TRAINED.

3. Accountability

4. Repetition

5. More accountability
