Yesterday I was explaining how the forever push for more more more by men is not drive, determination or ambition, it’s addiction.

As well as how there will be no food at my funeral… you’ll be there to cry not eat.

Had a 4am coaching session with myself…

Took four pages of notes, here are six of the things I wrote down.

1. Don’t overcomplicate.

2. Work out what people want / need and give it to them.

3. Simplicity is optimization.

4. Don’t execute on ideas… execute on a roadmap.

5. Build roadmaps for each idea worthy of pursuit.

6. A description of New York (the end goal) shouldn’t be confused with a roadmap to New York.

7. If you can’t describe your plan then you don’t have one. ~ W. Edwards Deming

8. Bad economies don’t make businesses fail… bad economies expose bad companies. *Similar to a Warren Buffett quote

9. Value is not in the plan… the value is in the PLANNING.

10. It’s artificial Intelligence not automatic intelligence.

11. A.I. is gasoline for software.

12. SOLUTION TO ALMOST ALL OF THE ABOVE: Is to detail, clear priorities.
