Last week we covered a lot of ground including how ‘no is a decision and yes is a responsibly’ as well as why Elon and Zuck make me so happy to be alive right now.

Speaking of cage fighting at The Colosseum…

Wifey and I went to the local bar near Dangerous Dave’s place over the weekend… we bought his friends beers in exchange for Dangerous Dave stories, here were some of the better ones:

Dave once went to a feminist rally… he came back with his shirt ironed and a sandwich.

He strangled a guy with a cordless phone.

Dave made a rare steak for dinner… he sprayed the pepper on.

He has a pair of Cowboy boots made of real cowboys.

Dave went to The Virgin Islands for a week… they’re now just referred to as ‘The Islands’.

In other news…

‘The Sound of Freedom’ was released this weekend… why are the elite, Hollywood and the mainstream media not talking about this movie and the very specific topic?

1) Foundation of success comes from having THREE things in place: A) Know Your Dream Client B) Create Your Irresistible Offer C) Over Deliver in Operations.

2) With a new client when the topic of business growth comes up the first question needs to be: ‘Have you maximized the potential of your current products / services / market? If not, why take the risk of creating products / services?

3) The best of the best in business (not the guy on your FB feed, cough cough) generally have this word in common:

Acquisition.

Everyone wants to ‘start’ everything cause it’s less risky… but stats will tell a very different story.

Translation: Starting = High Risk. Acquiring (done properly) = Low Risk.

Musk didn’t build Paypal, didn’t build Tesla, didn’t build Twitter… he acquired them.

4) Perry Marshall says markets tend to go “low value / simple” to “high value / complex”.

To change the game go from “High Value / Complex” to “High Value / Simple”.

Read that again.

5) Brian Smith, founder of Uggs Boots sold just 28 pairs of shoes/boots in their first year.

Last year $2.25 billion.
