‘Growth vs Control’

When working with your high end coaching clients you’ll find ‘growth’ and ‘control’ have an inverse relationship.

Translation: Control freaks will seldom build a big business or accomplish monumental tasks.

If they do it’s because they allowed themselves to grow and give up ‘control’.

Here it is in a single sentence for you:

‘If you want to accomplish a monumental task… you’ll need to give up some control.’

*Being detail orientated is not being a control freak*

You heard it here first.

Kinda.
