Glad to hear so many liked my idea on the 1.5% going to a lawyer defense fund for racial injustice to hold everyone accountable.
The bottom line, it may work and may not… try it for 2 years and reassess.
But what I proposed was a SOLUTION.
Please take that same attitude into debates around policing, politics, and other sensitive topics.
Speaking of sensitive topics…
Statistics prove that a child, regardless of race, color or political persuasion, that grows up with a present Male AND Female role model (Mother and Father ideally)
Seldom grow up to get shot, jailed, or have addiction issues.
I’ll just leave that right there for those inclined to look for SOLUTIONS rather than living in cancel culture, call-out culture, and or victim culture.
*Cue the abuse from those with cognitive dissonance*

Reality is…. If you want to increase your closing ratio to get more high end coaching clients… improve your OPENING.
As in your ability to build rapport quickly.
Here are two magic pills for doing so.
“You have three kids… I have three kids also.”
“You grew up in the country on an acreage… I grew up in the country also.”
“You play hockey… I play hockey.”
“Your wife thinks you’re handsome… well you’ll never believe it…”
“I love your truck.”
“What a beautiful family you have, congrats.”
“What a great business you’ve developed.”
“What a great team you’ve developed.”
“You’ve cracked 7-figures in gross revenues with your business… congrats and welcome to the 4% club.”
No doubt you get the idea…
If you want to pour gasoline on your ability to build rapport… compliment and relate in a sincere and real way.
