Day 283: Self Control

Yesterday I explained how the Trump / Biden war ends and also what you can do about it at this point.

I must admit I’m impressed by how well Biden did with seniors.

Especially in the 125 – 200-year-old bracket.

In other news…

Trump got the full 2020 experience….

He got COVID, lost his job, and is now getting kicked out of government housing.

See how I just did that?

Anyhoo…

Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:

‘Self Control’

I got countless messages yesterday of people admitting “I just can’t look away from the election… HELP” lol

In a different scenario the same people ask me:

“KB, how do I build a 7-figure coaching business?”

Same answer for both:

“You control your emotions and focus at times when everyone else is going ballistic on FB and social media.”

Like the last 2 minutes of a close football game… is when it’s won or lost.

Both teams are tired…

Self-control is a superpower of the mega-successful.

Success is defined by MUCH more than money.

It’s of critical importance you do not allow your mood to negatively change based on the actions of someone else or a situation that you can’t control.

Like a certain election result… cough, cough.

Doing so is allowing others, as well as situations, to control your destination.

If your goal is mega-success… and your high-end coaching client’s goal is mega-success…

The formula must be SELF CONTROL over emotion.

It’s a muscle and gets stronger with practice (like now!).

This works in the other direction also…

I get asked in some way or another:

“How did you make many millions of dollars helping business coaches and why do you still do it… When will it be enough?”

My Answer:

‘Coaching is my artform, some people paint a beautiful picture or write poetry. I like creating business coaching concepts. Different ways to generate leads, different ways to convert coaching clients, and most importantly ways to help the high-end business coaching clients.’

I’m like a kid in a candy shop when I get to talk and learn about business, marketing, and wealth all day.

And with 100% certainty, I will ‘NEVER STOP.’
