Successful business coaches find new clients fast and have a consistent income and they demonstrate their consulting skills to many people at once on a regular basis. The big question is how do the successful coaches build their business and how can you be one of the seven-figure business coaches?

I have studied over 300 business coaches during the past years and noticed a trend. I see the same trend with all of the successful business coaches I have mentored over the past several decades. What is the one thing they have in common: they have a steady conveyor belt of qualified leads and they don’t need to speak with the leads one to one because they have a one to many system of client acquisition.

If you don’t currently have a lot of qualified leads on a regular basis that you are engaging with and sharing your expertise with, then you must create a process to have your ideal target audience get to know you, like you and trust you. I know that when you allow your target audience to experience you and your business coaching skills your ideal clients will get to know, like and trust you and once they do, without any selling, they will hire you for business coaching. You, like me, need to have prospects see you in action providing coaching and they will realize you can help their business and actually ask how to work with you.

The Retreat Model For Business Coaches

I developed the retreat model for my own business and then shared it with other business coaches because I noticed so many business coaches struggling to get qualified leads and making the seven-figure income I was making. They were working too hard to attract people to their services and spending their time, energy and money on marketing and not on doing the coaching work they loved and were skilled at. My model was effective for me and I was getting paid for my marketing and having no trouble at all finding ideal prospects and them signing up for my high-ticket offerings without me having to sell them or speak to them or meet with them individually.

I decided to offer retreats in my coaching business to allow my ideal target audience to find me instead of me hunting for them. Retreats have allowed my prospective client family members to have a taste of my business coaching and then to hire me without me selling to them. I simply host an educational, fun, hands-on experience for my prospects to gain help in their businesses in a small group and they also get spot-light individual coaching from me.
