Dave got fired recently… I ran into his boss and here’s how to conversation went:
Me: Why did Dave get fired?
Dave’s Boss: His excuses for not being able to attend work weren’t very good.
Me: Give me an example.
Dave’s Boss: I’m too well to make it in today.
Me: That’s pretty good… any others?
Dave’s Boss: One time he texted that his girlfriend was planning on getting pregnant and he wanted to attend…
Dave’s Boss: Another time he just texted, “I feel itchy”…
