Rico Horca is the founder and principal executive of Rico Horca & Associates – a business management consulting and executive coaching company. He is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach as well as Kauffman Foundation FastTrac Entrepreneurship Facilitator. Rico has successfully consulted dozens of clients for the Small Business Development Center of the SBA. A first-generation immigrant and long-term resident of Silicon Valley, he has consulted and worked with numerous companies including Facebook, Google, and Walmart. Aside from being a Teaching Pastor, Rico was a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the School of Business California State University, Monterey Bay and continues to teach business fundamentals at Gavilan Community College.
