Yesterday I gave you some random AI thoughts as well as explained how my Drunk Aunt thinks her kid is awesome cause he always sprays the house with air freshener just before she gets home.

Speaking of things that rhyme with dope…

Elon tells me we must all do our bit for the planet.

I just unplugged a row of electric cars that no one was using.

If you’ve been following the last week you know I’ve been diving knee deep into AI and all its magic and complexity.

It takes some discipline and that leads me to mention six tips I picked up from a great book called, Deep Work:

1. Focus is a skill… practice practice practice.

2. You must remove things that’ll DISTRACT you from your main thing.

3. Deep work is KING. Most people are doing shallow work… their life, circumstances and results show it.

4. Willpower has an expiration date. Schedule your day, week, month, quarter, year and rituals around the time that your willpower is the highest and when its lowest.

5. Your daily rituals are your foundation. They either maximize or minimize your creativity and focus.

6. Multitasking doesn’t work for you or others. Hence the name of the book, DEEP WORK.
