List these 7 areas of your life…

1. Physical body
2. Mental health
3. Family
4. Finances and contribution
5. Career
6. Relationships
7. Spirituality

The areas above where you feel ‘happiness’ are where you have had recent progress.

The areas above where you feel ‘frustration’ are where you have no recent progress.

Work to make small progress in each of the 7 areas and watch how your life positively transforms.

When one area falls away make sure the others do not follow creating a negative feedback loop.

BONUS TIP:

Business success is not a game of BEST… it’s a game of CONSISTENT.

It’s an apple a day keeps the doctor away… not 7 apples on Sunday because you forgot.
