Last week we covered a lot of ground including how to sell group coaching and that my Drunk Aunt’s psychiatrist told her to finish more things that she started, so she preceded to pound a cake and two bottles of wine.

Speaking of going to a psychiatrist…

Dangerous Dave’s fiancé was so excited by my Drunk Aunts quick results that she went to the same psychiatrist.

Here’s how their conversation went:

Psychiatrist: You can no longer touch anything alcoholic.

Fiance: OK, I’ll leave Dave.

*she is not longer accepting anymore of our families referrals*

Have you ever gone to close a deal and they just aren’t interested in any way, shape or form.

Getting a client, a date or convincing your kid…

… all the same.

Here it is in a single sentence for you:

‘You won’t close unless they are first, OPEN.’

I hear you ask…

How do you ‘OPEN’ a high end coaching client…?

Open ended questions.

‘How does that make you feel?’


‘So, how did it get to that point?’

‘How long are you going to let this go on for?’

Ask questions, take a genuine interest and most importantly, stop talking so much

and you’ll close / motivate / transform in half the time.

You heard it here first.

A consultant in your network might need to read this today…
