If I’ve learned anything, it’s that not everything ‘works’.

All massive failures.

*I feel like the ‘Poke’ should have been a massive hit*

Here’s what I see consistently.

Business owner/business coach comes up with an idea:

– Contemplates until the cows come home

– Wake up at 3am and thinks on it some more, takes notes

– Meditate and/or pray on it

– Seek person with knowledge on the topic ‘to discuss’ (idea person hasn’t defined problems / questions on this so the convo goes on forever)

– Research

– Ask around ‘do you think this will work’?

– Contemplate some more

The coach will actually support this process.

The above is about one million times slower and less effective than…

… just DOING IT and see if it works.

Here it is in a single sentence for you:

‘Start counting the number of experiments your client undertakes in a week/month/quarter.’

You heard it here first.

A consultant in your network might need to read this today…

… forward it to them.

Now, pick up the phone and go help someone.
