Yesterday I was talking about how “concentration risk” is a big boo boo that most business owners miss entirely.
They create more products and services for their top client. Costing them a TON of value and the business coach mistakenly encourages it.
I think the pitcher for the Astros may suffer from “concentration risk”… he threw one pitch after they pulled the starter and it went over the wall.
Hullo nightmares.
