I know I disappear a lot, I don’t phone or text back consistently and can sometimes appear a bit distant.

‘$10 for $1’
When you read this, I want you to think of what I said to you last week….
“Consultants that start immediately helping clients with ‘more customers’ is often akin to entering a hot dog eating contest in an attempt to train for Mr. Universe.”
Here it is….
Let’s assume your local business prospect has 10% margins… likely higher but let’s be ultra conservative.
For every dollar you help them reduce their expenses… equates to a $10 increase in their revenues without making an extra sale.
To help your client cover $24,000.00 (2k per month) of your high-end coaching fees… you just need to save them $2,000 off their monthly expenses.
Read that again.
Gets more exciting / easier when, and if, your client has larger margins.
Problem is that it’s not sexy on any level… so no one does it.
If the goal is to cover your high-end coaching fees instantly and be more profitable, it’s business intelligence on steroids.
Very rare.
