Yesterday I was explaining some more uncomfortable truths.
According to your comments… your top three are:
1. For most of us… our greatest weakness is our greatest strength turned up too loud.
*Oh boy, is this true for me*
2. Stop feeling bad for outgrowing people who had the chance to grow with you.
3. Daily consistent effort wins over talent. Translation: You didn’t lose cause they were taller, bigger, richer, luckier or more talented… you lost cause you didn’t put in the consistent daily effort.
Speaking of being Uncomfortable…
I told my Uncle:
Me: Be yourself.
Uncle: I can’t.
Me: Why?
Uncle: The penal code and etiquette in here restrain me.
In other news…
The person with big dreams is far more powerful than the one with all the facts.
Anyhoo…

‘Meaning’

Here’s a large part of the reason.
People need a MEANING for everything.
They need a meaning for the virus.
They need a meaning for 5G.
They need a meaning for why they walked outside and lightning struck at that exact second.
They need a meaning for why someone didn’t reply back.
They want a meaning for why someone died.
Sometimes in life…
There is no meaning.
And that’s OK.
Quit allowing your search for ‘meaning’ to manufacture disasters in your head that never happen.
It’s an expensive habit in many ways.
