Day 459: “Speechless”
Last week we finished up talking about the experts on FB providing medical advice for the rest of us.
I wonder if they realize they’re sharing stats on FB that are totally false and made up by Russia in an effort to destabilize the Western World..?
Speaking of giving out advice on current world conditions…
I asked the gal behind the counter at the winery:
What wine would you say goes well with too much news, constant disappointment with my friends’ stupidity on social media, and worrying about the end of democracy..?
And while on the topic of disappointment…
If you walk by my house and you hear me yelling.
I call it motivational speaking for people that don’t want to listen.
In other news…
If you focus on what you have… you’ll gain what you don’t have. If you focus on what you don’t have… you’ll lose what you have.
Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:
Last week I spoke to a high-end digital marketing expert that we’re headhunting to come work for us.
After our call he sent a very complimentary email that was headed:
It was a lengthy email where he talked about how excited he was about the vision I provided and the revolutionary software we’re building in the business coaching / digital marketing space.
More specifically, our Profit Acceleration Software™, Digital Acceleration Software™ platforms plus our new Group Coaching Software and the 497,000,000 weighted algorithmic sequences.
When you interview someone to come work for you… or to do a JV… a lead generator to fill your events… when you speak to someone at The Chamber to book your live events… or if you headhunted someone to mentor you like I did…
Would they hang up the phone and describe themselves, what you’re building, and your vision as:
If I can change the words you use for yourself, your situation and your vision…
I can change your identity.
If I can change your identity…
I can positively change the direction of your life, instantly.
*Think of Muhammad Ali as you digest this*
The average person has no idea the ‘feedback loop’ their own words create.
Positive and negative.
You do not hold power because you do not think and subsequently talk like a person with power.
Read that last sentence again.
If this provided some value to you…
Take some time RIGHT NOW to paint a picture of:
- What will happen when the person you’re speaking with attends your presentation.
- What will happen when you work with them.
- What will happen when they get together with you, one to one, for a consultation.
- What is the impact your business is having and will have in the future..?
The words you use above are critical… and so is the level of INTENSITY and PASSION they’re delivered with.
For comparison’s sake, here’s an example of how I’d describe a presentation I ran for a few hundred digital marketers:
“I’m running a presentation for digital marketers on how to build a 6-figure multiple consulting division with 80% margins…
That means if they follow what I say… $500,000 of gross revenues next year, which is more than possible if they deploy on a single one of the bulletproof tactics I’ll deliver during my presentation, they’ll keep $400,000 for themselves as profit.
They don’t have those types of profit margins with their current business model… I can almost guarantee you that.
That’s one of my superpowers… PROFITS.
There won’t be a single person that will attend my presentation that won’t walk away with an entirely new set of skills… plus an understanding of how to create an insanely profitable business model.
Most people don’t do that… they confuse being busy with being successful.
Not a single person that attends my presentation…. will not be MOVED to become more than they ever thought possible.

**Notice how I say ‘my presentation’… that’s an inbuilt takeaway and holds tremendous power when you’re speaking / writing**
It’s 1am and I’m exhausted after a long Sunday on a long weekend.
I could do a far better job of jacking those words up but my question is… does that sound like a presentation you might be interested in, attend or recommend?
