Yesterday I was explaining that if you define the problem correctly it pretty much solves itself.

You also appeared to have enjoyed my 8-year-old daughter’s poop joke.

She’s pretty good at delivering a joke…

I experienced my darkest periods totally alone (with my beloved dog Aussie)… apologies if I act like I don’t need anyone.

A look into my crystal ball.

In ten years, everything will have the ability to be fractionalized.

Think ‘time share’ if you need a loose analogy, but the difference with fractionalizing… you’ll actually be able to own a piece of the asset.

Real Estate.

Boats / Yachts.

Motorhomes.

Holiday Homes.

Cars.

Planes.

Expensive Art / Collectibles.

Software.

Patents.

Copyright.

Etc…

Blockchain and smart contracts combined with decentralized decisions will result in waving goodbye to the middleman.

An example of that would be what Airbnb did for travel.

Right now, lots of ‘Influencers’ talk a big game and make out like they have all kinds of assets and money.

But they don’t.

They also give some really stupid advice that sounds amazing but doesn’t really work.

Speaking of which, maybe I’m full of crap too… talking a big game while struggling to make a mortgage payment and dodging calls from creditors.

How would you know?

Well, in ten years you’ll be able to see the public record (blockchain) of my art collection (NFT’s) and deed tokens for my real estate and other hard assets.

Or lack thereof.

1. Everything will be decentralized
2. Blockchain (public record) so donkeys can’t hide / lie
3. Proof will be there for all to see

The competitive advantage this will create for the ‘legit successful’… will be insane.

There’s a good chance you look at NFT’s (hopefully you know what they are) and think it’s a bunch of pictures of funky animals and weird creatures…

If so, you’re missing the MAGIC, entirely…

It’s the technology behind the NFT’s that you and your high-end coaching clients should be paying attention to.

The magic of Bitcoin is the technology (blockchain) that allows it to happen.

This is a little ‘high level’ possibly… but my opinion is that if you want to be rich, a superpower, similar to flying for a superhero, is:

Anticipation.

“A man with talent can hit a target no one else can hit… a genius hits a target no one else can see.”

Knowing this stuff will also impress the hell out of your prospects and subsequently help sell you a lot of business coaching.
