Yesterday I told you how a headline is important… but a HOOK is the secret sauce of many internet millionaires.

Speaking of hooks…

I watched my dog play with a bent stick for 15 minutes today and thought:

“Wow, dogs are so easily amused…”

Then I realized that I just watched my dog play with a stick for fifteen minutes.

The youngest female to take a company public and her advice is the flavor of the day.

If you’re looking for a little inspiration…

  • A billionaire at age 32
  • Co-founded Tinder in 2012
  • Got fired from her own company
  • Filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her former business partners at Tinder
  • Found a need and built a dating app with ‘female friendly’ dating features
  • Subsequently founded and launched Bumble in 2014
  • Rejected huge sum of money to sell Bumble to former partners at Tinder
  • Beat multiple intimidation tactic lawsuits on her way up
  • Bought a full-page ad in the New York Times with the headline ‘We’ll Never Be Yours’ lol
  • Has an $8 billion dollar valuation
  • Has over 40 million active users on her Bumble app

If that’s not impressive enough…

She was the youngest female to take a company public at the ripe ‘ole age of 31.


Here is her advice for budding entrepreneurs:

“Figure out what you’re passionate about and if you’re really good at it, there’s a way to turn it into a business.”

Don’t try make money with what you’re passionate about…

Make money at what:


If you’re passionate… that’s a bonus.

But trust me…

Professional athletes are sick and tired of practice, plenty of the time.

Including Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Michael Schumacher, Serena Williams, Wayne Gretzky etc…

They get paid so handsomely cause they’re GOOD AT IT.
