‘Discernment’
It’s a flashy word for:
The ability to judge well.

Business owners are renowned for shiny light syndrome.
You’ll seldom meet a business owner without a basket full of great ideas for anything business related (lead generation, marketing, hiring, closing etc…).
Then the business coach shows up and gives them MORE IDEAS… wonders why they lose the client in 90 days?!?
The TRICK…
Is to work out which idea is going to solve the immediate problem.
Otherwise, you create MORE PROBLEMS.
It’s about thinking in an organized way.
If you’re fixing a flat tire… you need a jack, spare tire, and a lug wrench.
It doesn’t matter if the lug wrench is gold plated and worth a million dollars.
It can’t complete the task of the jack.
The jack must go first and that’s what we call:
Discernment.
