Day 286: A Speakers Secret

Last week we covered a lot of ground including a daily habit of working out.

I need to get back in shape…

But I’m kind of waiting to see if the world is going to end before I put any real effort in.

In other news, success requires these 7 things…

Hard work, sacrifice, struggle, faith, patience, persistence, and passion.

Stop expecting it all yesterday and enjoy the grind.

Your ONE COACHING THING today is:

‘A Speaker’s Secret’

Over the weekend we did our first Virtual ‘Business Coaching Mastery’ event.

We normally do it with our high-end coaches live in an exotic location like Cancun, Vegas, Punta Cana, etc…

Our first virtual event was epic and hundreds of our clients paid for access. 

A rule since day one is that all speakers have to be clients of ours… speakers this weekend included:

A Harvard Graduate

Former NASA Marketing Director

Super Bowl Champion

World Class NLP Expert

$6.5 Million Dollar Restaurant

Ten-year client with a $3 Million Dollar Coaching Business

Coach with a team of over 70 Coaches (we provide the support for his team of coaches)

Your presentation doesn’t need a ‘title’…

It needs a HOOK.

All the above speakers (Harvard Graduate, NASA marketing director, and many of my 7 figure coaches) answered THIS QUESTION:

“If you had to start coaching again… what would you do to hit 6 figures within 90 days?”

That was my HOOK and how I got hundreds of my coaches to pay and attend.

Unfortunately, it was only available for the business coaches that work with us but no doubt you can imagine MANY would like to hear my 7 figure coaches answer that question.

They laid it out for you step by step… and paint by numbers.

Here are some other HOOKS I’ve used in the past.

If you plan on doing events… spend time coming up with your HOOK.

A name like this…

“Baltimore Business Seminar” or “Seattle Marketing Workshop”…

Is NOT going to “hook” anyone.

The HOOK we provide successful business coaches that work with us:

“I can find any business owner $100,000 in 45 minutes without them spending an extra dollar on marketing or advertising.”

When you meet someone and say the $100k hook… it’s a wee bit more powerful than saying:

“I’m a business coach.”

Then wondering why you’re being ignored/avoided.

Spend some time coming up with your successful HOOK.
