Yesterday I gave you an outline of how to create an operations manual for and with your high end coaching clients.
Not the sexiest topic of all time… but an impactful one when you really get it.
Speaking of sexy… here is something I worked out about my wife’s schedule.
Washing – 30 minutes
Drying – 60 minutes
Putting away – 10 business days

Most businesses and entrepreneurs are OBSESSED with lead generation. That’s why programs like “social media secrets” and “how to use FB ads” etc… are so popular.
What you really need to teach your clients is, throughput.
ONE single bottleneck and the whole system jams up… as in your high end struggles to grow and doesn’t know why.
Very common for a growing business and the good news is all you need to do is assess each of the steps and you’ll easily find the log jam.
There Are 5 Simple Steps To Throughput:
Successful result of these 5 steps is, a HAPPY CLIENT.
Ultimately, it’s CRITICAL your high end coaching clients understand their job… whether they have an operations manual or not, is to:
Improve each of these 5 processes, consistently.
Your high-end coaching client’s job is to create happy clients by exchanging value for a determined amount of money…. And consistently improving that exchange of value via each of the 5 steps.
Most businesses just assume their clients are happy.
A performance-based culture will evaluate the 5 steps of ‘throughput’ consistently… and all this progress should be measured and subsequently documented.
Hence the creation and the consistent improvement of the operations manual.
