Day 242: Rolex, Ferrari and Bad Pizza

I can’t believe it’s already September and kids are going back to school.

Literally feels like it was March just eleven years ago.

Speaking of kids going back to school.

Here’s a sample of my ability to pick up girls back in the day.

Her: I’m really into older guys.

Me: [Trying to Impress her] Would you like a Werther’s Original?

Anyhoo…

Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:

‘Luxury Goods’

I remember one of my coaches was working with a couple that owned a company called ‘Discount Mortgages’…

The couple was surprised when they attracted low-end individuals buying inexpensive houses with bad credit.

My response…

Change your name to something like ‘Prestige Mortgages’ or ‘Platinum Mortgages’ and you’ll instantly attract a higher caliber client…

And stop attracting all the duds.

What kind of margins do you think ‘3 for 1 Pizza’ has without even needing to speak to them? And the quality of the ingredients?

What a stupid idea.

In a nutshell… only luxury goods have luxury margins.

Tiffany

Ferrari

Rolex

Luis Vuitton

Burberry

Apple

Starbucks

Etc…

What kind of brand and pricing are you helping your high-end coaching client with?

What are the names of the companies, products, services, and events?

Discount or Luxury?

“Luxury goods are the only area in which it is possible to make luxury margins.” ~ Bernard Arnault owner of Louis Vuitton, net worth of $110 Billion
