Yesterday I was explaining the strategy Gary Vaynerchuk used to go from $3 million per year to $60 million per year.
It’s a boomer and its likely, not a strategy your clients are using.
But they should.
It takes years for it to happen all at once.

‘An Instant Engagement Strategy’
Gary Vaynerchuk is an absolute specimen and his big thing is engagement on social media. I figured this would be a good follow up to yesterday’s Gary Vee magic and its similar advice to what Frank Kern told me when we spoke last.
I’ve got thousands of friend requests on FB and simply don’t have time to think about it… one of the reasons I don’t add people is I often get an instant message that says:
“Sign up for my free list” or “Let’s talk about how we can partner together.”
If I wanted to partner with someone I’d just go to my inbox and reply to one of the 98 daily messages waiting for me asking for the same.
So, in honor of Frank Kern… here’s a great engagement strategy.
- When you gain a new friend on FB (Instagram, LI, etc.) send them a PM “Great to be connected with you <NAME>. Do you have a post you’d like me to like and or engage with / comment on?
- Assuming they say Yes…
Like, Comment and potentially Share it.
You just started a relationship by adding value to the other person (they love engagement) and the conversation has started in a positive way.
Always lead with ‘value’’.
Never come across as ‘needy.’
Sounds good but most are doing it the opposite.
