Lush make natural cosmetics fun.

Subway specializes in sub sandwiches.

Dunkin Donuts specializes in donuts.

Great Clips specialize in cheap haircuts in popular locations with lots of foot traffic. 

Planet Fitness offers $10 / month gym memberships.

For your coaching client to ‘rule the category’

  • Hyper focus
  • Stock in depth so they don’t need to go anywhere else
  • Buy cheap
  • Sell cheap (careful on this one)
  • Build the brand strategically
