Day 180: Ebola, ISIS, Zika and The Apocalypse 

Yesterday I was explaining how you can make a fortune for your coaching clients with their past client list.

I’ve also been told many times over the last month that I’m not taking this virus very seriously with all my ‘Government-Mandated Quarantine’ jibes.

How do I know all will be more than just fine?

Here’s what I see when I look at the entire playing field:

2014 Ebola Virus was going to take us all out

2015 ISIS was going to take us all out

2016 Zika was going to take us all out

Before that, there was Sars, The Bird Flu, Swine Flu etc….

Everything will be fine…. the economy is in for a rough ride but it’ll come back better than ever like it always does.  

And the truth is I’ve never once preheated an oven and nothing bad has ever happened.



“It Worked So Well I No Longer Do It”

This one says it all and doesn’t need a long-winded explanation.

With remarkable consistency, I’ll speak to a business owner… and while establishing the, very important, ‘red arrow’ on their map that says:


I find the most impressive thing they used to do…. They’re no longer doing.


A Number Of Reasons For This.

  • Shiny light syndrome
  • They already exceeded their own lame expectations
  • Unintentional self-sabotage 
  • They do not measure anything and therefore don’t realize the dramatic mistake

The overlying reason is that they operate with zero strategy and they’re tactical operators.

Good news for you when you’re coaching them…

When you realize this recurring theme with all the business owners you coach… all you need to do is ask some simple questions, know what you’re looking for (what they used to do that worked so well and they’re no longer doing) and have them redeploy.

It’s that easy.
