One Thing: Day 120: Coaching Clients X 33.6%
Day 120: Coaching Clients X 33.6%
Yes, Lance Armstrong was an early-stage investor in Uber through Chris Sacca. Lance invested $100,000 when Uber was valued at $3.7 million.
It’s valued at $120 billion today.
Lance would be working at Denny’s serving pancakes if not for Chris Sacca and Uber.
I respect Lance Armstrong for his determination, work ethic and grit (sorry, Josh).
You don’t win 7 Tour De France’s without an insane level of commitment.
Plenty of the other guys were using copious amounts of steroids too.
I do not respect, in any way, how he treated people.
Yesterday I was explaining how discounts are addictive and the far better solution for your coaching client’s regulars.
Today’s ONE THING is:
‘If your coaching client offers a 10% discount… they need to sell 33.6% more, on average, to make the same amount of money.’
The most expensive, resource-rich and time-consuming function of any business is lead generation.
So I’ll let you pull out your coaching calculator and decide if a 10% discount is an intelligent exercise when it means they need to find, convert and work for 33.6% more clients.
But they all do it without hesitation.
You heard it here first.
