Day 118: Super Bowl Hangover 

Yesterday, I managed to anger a whole lot of 49ers fans… sorry folks.

You played well and had a great season but ya lost.

Also, apparently I was supposed to praise J Lo for her amazing performance. I didn’t have a huge issue with the outfits (lack thereof) but I didn’t think it was very good.

I love J Lo and she’s the kind of person I want my daughters to look up to.

But I didn’t think the performance measured up.  

Anyhoo…

Last week I mentioned having some heavyweight marketers asking me for some advice on ‘business building’ / ‘business models’.

What I Found Them Saying

“My original business is in decline and becoming progressively more competitive.”

The reason it’s becoming more competitive is because after starting a second business they stopped innovating the first business.

Lack of focus and simply part of the second business eating the first.

Your ONE THING today is that ‘competition is due to lack of innovation’.

You should be helping your coaching clients have ZERO competition.
