Day 134: On Heat
Yesterday I was explaining how I managed to get through a fast… and it’s the exact same way I managed to do $400,000 per month in new small business coaching clients.
Strategy is important, your product is important, marketing is important, your hustle is important.
REASONS get it done.
Today’s ONE COACHING THING Is:
‘Money is like heat.’
No, I’m not talking about your horny cat.
Think of it this way…. You’re baking a cake.
You need flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, milk, icing, etc.
You mix it in the bowl in the right order…. Place in the oven and ‘heat’ makes it RISE.
Money is ‘heat’ for a business.
A business needs a great product/service and most importantly great operators.
Money Makes It Rise
If everything is in order… money makes it RISE.
If the business isn’t in order… no amount of money will make it RISE.
The tech industry is all messed up cause the standard is “how much money we raised.”
Twitter is a great example… they’re a 13-year-old company, raised $1.5 billion over that period, put out 500 million tweets per day and they couldn’t manage a profit for the first 12 consecutive years?!
Do you know of a business that could survive 12 years without selling something?
I hear you ask, ‘Where does your new coaching client spend money to RISE?’
Advertising, marketing, new staff, research and development, training etc…
