I am a Master Corporate Executive Coach, certified by the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches, and hold additional certifications from The Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching® program, The Coaches Institute, the School of Coaching Mastery and The Gestalt International Study Center. I am a Fellow of Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital’s Institute of Coaching, a member of the Association for Talent Development, the Mentors Guild, the Professional Facilitators Network, Who’s Who in Finance & Industry, and Who’s Who Among Human Services Professionals.
I also donate time to WeSpeak, an organization focused on providing a supportive environment for women across all industries to practice presentation skills and to build confidence through coaching and learning opportunities, and to The Honor Foundation where I coach US Special Warfare Operators as they transition into professional careers.
In my work experience, I have been an individual contributor, supervisor, manager, leader, advisor, coach, consultant, entrepreneur and intrapreneur, a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and an adjunct professor at the Graduate School for Professional Studies at Manhattanville College.
I’ve earned degrees in psychology, industrial management and organizational behavior, and a diploma from Stanford University’s Advanced Management College. Additionally, I have obtained advanced certifications in organizational change and development from Harvard and Columbia Universities, and was recently named a recipient of the A. N. Marquis Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement Award.
